How to place an order

You can place your order with us through the webshop. Because we have made everything as straightforward as possible, placing an order is very simple. To ship your order, we require certain details. These are used solely to process your order and never for commercial purposes. The ordering process is explained step by step below:

Click ‘Add to basket’ for the product you would like to order.
Enter the number of rolls or the quantity of the selected item.
Then click ‘View basket’ or select the basket icon at the top of the page.
Check your basket and then click ‘Proceed to checkout’.
Log in if you already have an account (your details will be filled in automatically), or enter your details manually.
Click ‘Place order’.
Select your preferred payment method.

Order failed or declined?

If your payment has failed, you can of course try again. Place your order once more and repeat the payment, but first check whether the amount has already been debited. Has the money been taken from your account but you have not received a confirmation? Then please contact us at info@curetape.com.

Shipping Information

We aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 12:00 (local time) are often packed and dispatched the same day. Depending on your delivery country, we work with local shipping partners, so the estimated delivery times below are indicative.

You will be kept informed at every step of the order process via email and can always track your order. Depending on the shipping partner, detailed tracking may or may not be available, but tracking of your order is always possible.

How will my order be delivered?

The courier service we use depends on your location and the size/weight of your order. We do this specifically to keep all the international shipping prices as low as possible.

Some of the carriers we work with are:

It is also possible that one of these carriers transfer it to a local carrier once it reaches your destination country.

What if my package is delayed?

Please use the indicative delivery times from the table above (Shipping prices & delivery times) as a guide for your shipment and check the tracking code you received. If your parcel has not arrived after the expected delivery period, please contact us so we can help find a solution to ensure you receive your order. In most cases (around 80%), orders are delivered within the estimated time frame. Our warehouse is located in Germany, allowing us to ship centrally across Europe for faster and more efficient delivery!

Exchanges and returns

Cancelling an order

Orders are immediately processed in our warehouse upon placement, which means that in most cases, cancellation of an order is no longer possible. We are happy to assist you if needed, but for the quickest support, please call us at +31 534781900.

How to return an order

If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it at your own shipping cost. In the case of kinesiology tape, the roll must remain unopened to be eligible for return. Please contact our team before sending any returns so we can guide you through the process. If the product is faulty, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Why has my order not been processed by CureTape?

An item or an entire order may not be processed by CureTape for several reasons.
For example:

the item is not in stock
the address details are incorrect
a technical issue has occurred

If an order cannot be processed, CureTape will contact you.

If you have not received your order and have not heard from us within 5 working days, something may have gone wrong during the ordering or processing stage. Please contact one of our team members so we can resolve this for you. You can reach us by email at info@curetape.com

Warranty

Does CureTape provide a guarantee on its products?

All products you purchase from us are covered by the statutory warranty. This means that a product must be in good condition. If you receive an item that is not, we kindly ask you to contact a member of the CureTape team. You can email us at info@curetape.com . Together, we will look for a suitable solution, either by replacing the product or by refunding the purchase amount.

Item received in poor condition

I did not receive my item in good condition

You have the right to return any purchase you make from CureTape within 14 days, without providing a reason. The purchase amount for the returned item will be refunded to your bank account within the applicable refund period.

No manufacturer’s or statutory warranty
If a product has been used improperly, you cannot claim a replacement.
